Do your package prices include alcohol?

A. According to Wyoming State law, Sippin' Sassy LLC is NOT licensed to provide or sell alcohol to clients and their guests. Therefore, we offer a unique mobile bartending service known as a "dry bar." What is a dry bar? It is when the clients are responsible for purchasing and providing alcoholic, nonalcoholic, and/ or consumable goods for our certified bartenders to serve to guests from our trailer.

There are several advantages when taking the dry bar route for your next event! This includes saving on alcohol expenses, sticking to your alcohol budget, avoiding expensive alcohol up charges, alcohol distribution management, and reducing alcohol waste!

Do you travel?

A. Sippin' Sassy is based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, but we are always on the move and ready to cater to our clients needs. We are happy to travel to events located on the outskirts of Cheyenne, Snowy Range, Laramie, Guernsey, and all throughout Wyoming and Colorado! Our party packages include delivery within a 30-mile (round trip), but if the event location exceeds 30 miles, additional travel fees may apply!

How do I reserve my event date?

A. How do I reserve my event date?
In order to reserve your event date, we require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit. This will ensure that your date gets locked in on our books.

We enjoy meeting my clients and discussing event details in person while filling out the contract. However, we understand, if we are unable to meet in person, and we can always work out another way to secure your date!

Are you TIPS certified? Are you insured?

A. Yes, all of our bartenders at Sippin' Sassy are TIPS certified! Our top priority is the safety of our clients, their guests, and our employees. While we want everyone to have a fun time, it is equally important to us that everyone stays safe while doing so!

We are insured for general and liquor liability. Depending on your venue, you may need to obtain an additional insurance policy as the client. This is something you can confirm with the venue’s event coordinator when making your booking.

What products are provided in your party packages?

A. Our company is licensed to provide the bar tops, bartender(s), and non-consumable goods. The items included in our services consist of:
*100 Lbs ice
*Coolers/ drink storage
*Basic garnishes (lemons, limes, oranges, and cherries; we prefer dried garnishes for better storage and serving)
*Cups
*Drink napkins
*Straws
*Essential equipment needed to serve your selected drinks
