This party package is ideal for small, friendly celebrations & designed to accommodate up to 100 guests. The package includes the beautiful bar trailer, delivery within 30 miles (round trip), one TIPS-certified bartender, and up to 3-hours of serving time!
The Fiery Paint
Starting at $800 (plus tax)
This party package is ideal for small, intimate celebrations & designed to accommodate up to 100 guests. The package includes the beautiful bar trailer, delivery within 30 miles (round trip), one TIPS-certified bartender, and 5-hours of serving time!
The Spunky Bucksin
Starting at $1000 (plus tax)
This party package is excellent for mid-size celebrations & is designed to accommodate up to 175 guests. This package includes the beautiful bar trailer, delivery within 30 miles (round trip), one TIPS-certified bartenders, and 5-hours of serving time!
The Rowdy Clydesdale
Starting at $1300 (plus tax)
This party package is tremendous for much larger celebrations & is designed to accommodate up to 250 guests. This package includes the beautiful bar trailer, delivery within 30 miles (round trip), two TIPS-certified bartenders, and 5-hours of serving time.
We know that not all parties are the same, so if you don't see a party package that fits your needs. Please feel free to call us and we would be happy to work with you to build a custom quote!
For guest counts of over 100 or any cocktail service, additional bartenders are required to ensure the bar operates smoothly. The rate for each additional bartender is $35 per hour.
2 hour time minimum with all services! Need more party time? No problem, you can add extra serving time to any bar trailer party package for an additional $150 per hour (Not including bartenders hourly rate).
Additional Mileage Policy:
All party packages include 30 mile round trip for delivery. Any miles that exceed the included 30 miles is subject to additional travel fees of $3 per mile. The additional mileage fees help cover fuel costs, wear and tear on equipment, paid drive time for employees, overnight stays (if necessary), and other related expenses. For the safety of our staff, we require an overnight stay for our employees if their workday extends past 10 PM or if the distance from home base exceeds 100 miles. This ensures that our team avoids long drives late at night and returns home safely to their families.

Please note per Wyoming State law, lessee(s) are responsible for purchasing, providing, and transporting all pre-sealed alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages and/or consumable goods for the event location. Sippin' Sassy LLC is ONLY liable for providing the mobile bar set ups, bar equipment, TIPS certified bartending services, and non-consumable goods (such as cups, drink napkins, straws, etc.)
NO ALCOHOLIC, NON-ALCOHOLIC, OR CONSUMABLE GOODS WILL BE PURCHASED, PROVIDED, OR SOLD BY SIPPIN' SASSY LLC AND/OR ITS EMPLOYEES!

In-House Bartending Services
While we absolutely love our bar trailer for its beauty and boldness, we understand that it may not suit everyone's style or fit at every venue! Our in-house services can be provided at venues that already have a bar top established, or we can bring our new whiskey barrel bar top as needed. These services are perfect for indoor events or small spaces, such as backyard parties.
This service is charged at an hourly rate for bar top, bar supplies, bar equipment/ essentials and per bartender.
